Cornish Cheese

In response to a collapse of milk pricing in 2001 and a struggle to survive as dairy farmers, Phillip and Carol Stansfield turned a former bottling plant into a cheese production facility and The Cornish Cheese Company was born.

Being just on the edge of Bodmin Moor, Knowle Farm is ideally placed for cheesemaking as the very moist climate makes for good pasture which is important for the local milk that goes into their cheese.

We are proud to offer their multi-award-winning range through Plough to Plate and are available in retail and catering pack sizes.

Cornish Blue - mild and creamy, with a dense texture, buttery richness and gentle sweetness

Cornish Nanny - made from local goats milk which creates a rich and creamy flavour with a delicious nutty after taste.

Cornish Brie - full flavoured farmhouse brie packed with creaminess

Cornish Camembert - soft and smooth interior, milky aroma and powerful rich buttery flavour
