New to the Plough to Plate family we have Cornish Chillies Limited. Based in the countryside in Mid-Cornwall at Summercourt, Cornish Chillies is home to 3 large polytunnels that house almost 6000 home-grown chilli plants, with approximately 50 varieties ranging from mild to the hottest chillies in the world.
Husband and wife team, Scott and Sue, grow using organic methods and almost every plant is propagated from their own chilli seeds.
As well as offering a diverse range of fresh chillies based on heat, flavour and culinary use, they have also produced a range of handmade preserves, each with its own heat level and distinct flavour.
