From hedgerow to pantry the Blackberry Vinegar is made from 100% whole fruit drawn straight from the barrel. Raspberry Vinegar is made from 100% whole fruit and barrel-matured until smooth and tangy. Strawberry Vinegar is fragrant, but powerfully acidic. They sweeten the finished vinegar to balance the acid.
Cider Vinegar is made with traditional Cornish apples and is oak-matured until smooth and woody. Damson & Sloe is a sour and tangy vinegar made from Kea Damson Plums and wild Sloes. Honey Vinegar is made with 100% whole Cornish wildflower honey and is barrel matured.
