Today we are seeing the first arrival this year of Purple Cauliflower as well as some really deep coloured Purple Sprouting. We also have a good supply of White Sprouting available for the next week. Asparagus & Romanesque Cauliflower are looking really good this morning, the asparagus is also a great price only £1.00 a roll this week. We took a little trip down to Canara Farm this afternoon to take a look at the fields where we will be growing own Organic Produce. As you would imagine the fields are looking a little wet and quite muddy. Although we have not yet had the poly tunnel built we were able to see the potential. One of the products that we have already started to grow is Red Cabbage Flower Sprouts. Pleased to say that our Tomatoes will be planted tomorrow & the poly tunnels are due to be built on March 17th...
