The first of our Autumn/Winter crops is now being harvested at Canara Farm. Claytonia, also known as Miners Lettuce, Winter Purslane and Spring Beauty is a succulent and refreshing winter salad with a heart shaped leaf at the end of a delicate elongated stem.
