Introducing Flavour Foundry.

Flavour Foundry produce a selection of delicious baked goods, adding a modern twist on traditional recipes. From their production kitchen in mid Cornwall the Flavour Foundry team use the finest locally sourced ingredients to produce a mouthwatering selection of baked goods. The range is available exclusively through Plough to Plate, this fantastic range is baked to order then either available chilled or frozen.

Traybakes
These rich, deep traybakes are packed with flavour – from the high quality confectioner’s chocolate in the tiffin and rocky road to the buttery, syrupy fudginess of our formidable flapjacks - each tray yields at least sixteen generous portions.
Muffins
The Flavour Foundry take on the ever-popular muffin; when we say lemon we actually squeeze the lemons, our strawberry flavour comes only from strawberries – you get the idea – no gimmicky toppings, just pure flavour throughout.
Luxury Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Rounds
Take crumbly, buttery melt in the mouth shortbread – dip it in the best quality confectioner’s chocolate and what do you have? In short the Flavour Foundry’s perfect accompaniment to a cup of artisan coffee…

Quiches
All fresh ingredients including Cornish cream, butter and free range eggs go into the delicious savoury quiches. With deep, satisfying fillings and light buttery pastry they are hand-finished for that homemade feel.
Tarts
The same Cornish cream, butter and free range eggs as their quiches but with a sweet short pastry and fabulously fruity fillings. Just dust with icing sugar and serve with a generous dollop of clotted cream for the ultimate Cornish dessert.
