Today we received the first crop of Canara Farm Organic Land Cress. Land Cress is also known as American Cress, has tender round medium to dark green leaves that have a peppery taste much like water cress. Land Cress makes a great addition to salads or sandwiches and can be cooked in a similar way to spinach.
