Goat Cheese from Oakdown Farm
Oakdown Farm at Trusham, in Devon’s beautiful Teign Valley is home to Max Pillar & his wife Jacie (pronounced JC). Together they farm a herd of free range goats & use their raw milk to produce a handmade, un-pressed artisan goat cheese.
Deliciously soft & creamy in texture with a mild & surprisingly un-goaty flavour, Oakdown Farm Goat Cheese is ideal for those who are lactose intolerant or on low cholesterol diets.
Available in two flavours - plain or blended with garlic & herbs. Shelf life – approx. 3 weeks
Each goat cheese is presented for retail in a distinctive wooden box decorated with ribbon at £3.20 each.
Chefs wanting to expand their local dairy offering this summer can order 1kg cling wrapped packs at £14.75kg.
