Supply Scilly.
Supply Scilly was our second trade show of the year. The venue for this year’s Supply Scilly show had moved from previous years and was at the Town Hall in Hugh Town. Although the venue has changed the friendly greetings and responses the team received was very enthusiastic. Over the two days visitors came from businesses from all over St Mary’s and the off Islands ( Tresco, St Martin’s, St Agnes & Bryher) to sample a range of Plough to Plate products and to discuss the up coming season.
Supply Scilly First Look.
As the Plough to Plate range continues to grow, Supply Scilly was a great opportunity to showcase some of the products we have added since last year’s show. We also had some delicious samples from Hobbs House, Buttermilk and Exploding Bakery which helped to keep our stand extremely busy throughout the two days. The new look Plough to Plate brochures were also very well received and will no doubt result in a wide range of artisan products being available throughout the five islands.
As the above images show we also took a range of local produce and a selection of inspiring produce from the Rungis market. We look forward to working with all the businesses on the Scillys in 2016 and hope we continue to provide them with the highest quality fresh and ambient produce.
Expo West.
Hot on the heels of Supply Scilly came Expo South West, as this is the biggest trade show of the year we always try to improve our stand and ensure it keeps people talking and is more impressive than the previous year. As we were officially introducing our customers to the OlFactory Coffee range we installed a mini coffee bar in one corner of our display. This gave visitors the chance to enjoy freshly ground coffee from the enthusiastic OlFactory team. Coffee & Cake are a perfect paring so on the opposite side of our display we had a fantastic variety of samples from the Exploding Bakery.

The response to our display was overwhelming and it gave us the chance to catch up with customers from throughout Cornwall. We would like to thank everybody who came along and spoke with us.
